The Petroleum Human Resources Council of Canada (Petroleum HR Council) is a national, not-for-profit, collaborative forum that addresses human resources issues within the petroleum industry.

The Petroleum HR Council is a sector council supported by 11 oil and gas national and regional industry organizations, including one union, and represents the key sectors of the petroleum industry in Canada: exploration, development, production, service industries, pipeline transmission, gas processing and mining, extracting and upgrading heavy oil and bitumen.
