Implementing your plan can be the most challenging part of the process. You will need to keep your leaders -- and your working group -- engaged and committed to ensure that your Increasing the Talent activities can be launched, maintained and monitored as planned.

You might want to hold regular status meetings, especially if you need to build and manage links among priority actions.
