ITT Model: Workforce Development

Workforce development includes all the activities undertaken to increase the size and skill level of the labour pool. Effective workforce development initiatives require partnerships among a number of stakeholders, including companies, community agencies, resource centres, post-secondary institutions, private trainers and governments.
