In 2003, the Petroleum HR Council released The Strategic Human Resources Study of the Upstream Petroleum Industry: The Decade Ahead. The publication results from a 12-month national, human resources study of the upstream petroleum industry that analyzed the workforce and assessed the key challenges facing the industry through 2012.
